Hjort Chiropractic accepts most insurance plans including Auto Accidents and work injuries (100%), Preferred One, Medica, Mayo Health Plan, U-Care, BCBS, Medicare, MA, Health Partners, MN Care, Choice Plus, Blue Plus, Blue Select, Select Care, the Federal employee and many others. Due to our status as a "top tier" provider, your chiropractic benefit at our office is the highest available. Just bring your card or information and we will do the processing and billing. Our intent is to make insurance billing as hassle-free as possible for our patients. Listed below are the most common types of insurance we deal with. We also accept most other insurance. If you have more questions most insurance cards have a 1-800 number on them for questions or you may call our office.

Car accident insurance: If you have been involved in a motor vehicle accident this type of insurance takes precedence over your personal health insurance. It doesn't matter if you were at fault or not or if you were driving or a passenger. At Hjort Chiropractic treatment of injuries related to automobile operation or accidents are generally covered 100% by your auto insurance. You also have direct access to our clinic with no need for a medical referral. 

Work Injuries: Workers Compensation Insurance covers most medical and chiropractic expenses for injuries suffered in an occupational setting. Most injured workers have the right to direct access to chiropractic care at Hjort Chiropractic Clinic, with 100% coverage of chiropractic treatment costs.

Personal Health Insurance: Hjort Chiropractic is a Preferred Provider for most personal insurance including: HealthPartners, Preferred One, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Medica, Mayo Health Plan, United Health Care, ChoicePlus, and Arria. We also accept most other personal insurance as well. Most personal insurance allow direct access to chiropractic without a medical referral. 

Medicare: Hjort Chiropractic accepts assignment for Medicare patients. We do all the billing and will also bill your supplement if you have one. Most Medicare patients have 24 or more chiropractic visits available per year if needed.

Medical Assistance/Medicaid: Hjort Chiropractic accepts all Minnesota MA plans.
